Who holds the keys

Your agents need accounts with AI and phone providers to do their work. Someone has to open them, pay them, and keep the platform running. There are three ways to arrange that - and almost everyone should pick the first.

Managed - the default
  • We open the AI and phone accounts. You do nothing.
  • We pay the providers - it's inside your plan.
  • We run, update, and patch the platform. We fix it when it breaks on a Sunday.
  • Your data lives in our secure cloud - export anytime, leave anytime.

Self-hosting is a licence, not a project - quoted individually, including deployment and support. Be honest about whether you have someone to run it. Almost everyone is better off managed.

Asked before you ask.

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. Chat tools wait for you to prompt them. These are goal-driven agents with roles, schedules, budgets, and an audit trail - they start work without being asked and hand tasks to each other. You review outcomes, not chat windows.

Do I need my own AI accounts, servers, or engineers?

No. On the default managed setup we open the AI and phone accounts, pay the providers, and run the platform - all inside your plan's hard cap, with third-party usage passed through at cost + 15%. Want provider bills in your own name? Bring your own keys and pay them directly - your plan price drops by the usage portion. Have an IT team and strict data rules? A self-hosted licence, from $18,000, puts the platform on your own servers.

What happens to my data?

It stays in your own isolated workspace. Agents reach only the tools you explicitly connect. Every action is logged, and you can export your data or leave at any time - no lock-in by design.

What if an agent gets something wrong?

Anything customer-facing goes through your approval before it ships. Internal work is reviewed on a schedule. Budgets are hard-capped so mistakes are contained, and escalations come to Val personally - a human is accountable, always.

What's a "run," and will I hit my allowance?

A run is one time an agent does its job - answers a call (~$0.40), replies to a review (~$0.30), books an appointment (~$0.30), drafts a five-post social set (~$0.50). Pilot includes about 250 a month, Team about 750, Company about 2,000. Most owners never reach their ceiling; if you do, a prepaid pack tops you up - nothing breaks and nothing auto-charges.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, with 14 days' notice - and you leave with your data, records, content, domain, and accounts, because those were yours on every plan to begin with. Want to keep the site, backend, and code too? That's a build - $5,000 to $12,000, custom from $18,000 - with your setup fee credited if you upgrade within 90 days. The agent platform itself stays hosted by us unless you take a self-hosted licence.
